Shipping Charges

  • Flat Shipping Rate: ₹49 across India on all orders below ₹800.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders above ₹800 (post any discounts).

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Dispatch Schedule: Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: May take slightly longer based on courier availability

Note: These are estimated delivery windows. While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather, logistics, or courier issues may occasionally occur.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package using the provided link or directly on our courier partner's website.

Delivery Partners

We work with reliable and reputed delivery partners across India to ensure safe and prompt delivery.

Missed Delivery / Reattempts

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, our courier partner will typically attempt re-delivery.

  • After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged but may incur additional charges.
