Our Commitment:

At Dekay India, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items and receive a refund.

Currently, Dekay India does not offer a general return policy.

However, we recognize that situations may arise where a return is necessary. We will consider returns for damaged products during shipping.

Damaged Items:

  • If your package arrives damaged upon delivery, please take a moment to document the issue.
  • Within 24 hours of receiving your order, send clear photos of both the damaged outer carton and the affected products themselves to our customer support email: contact@dekayindia.com.
  • Briefly describe the extent of the damage in your email.

What We Can Do:

  • Upon verification of the damage through the photos you provide, Dekay India will initiate a resolution process. This may involve a replacement of the damaged item(s) or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
  • Dekay India will cover the return shipping cost for damaged items.

Important Notes:

  • We can only accept claims for damaged products, not for packaging damage alone.
  • To ensure a smooth return process, please keep your original order confirmation email and any other relevant documentation.

Products Not Damaged:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot currently accept returns for unopened or unused products.
