Order Processing:
- Dekay India strives to ship orders quickly! They aim to get your order out the door within 24 hours, but exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from this timeframe.
- If there’s an unexpected delay due to preparing your items or limited stock (taking longer than 48 hours), Dekay India will reach out to you personally to let you know.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Once your order ships, Dekay India will send you tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.
- Standard delivery times within India are 3-8 working days.
- Keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances like traffic or bad weather can sometimes affect delivery times. Dekay India will keep you informed of any delays.
- If your order originates from the North East, expect it to ship within 72 working hours instead of the standard timeframe.
Shipping Costs:
- The price you see for an item already includes GST (Goods and Services Tax), so there are no hidden fees there.
- If there are any additional shipping costs that apply to your order, Dekay India will clearly show them at checkout before you complete your payment.
Packaging & Handling:
- Dekay India has you covered! Packaging and handling charges are included in the price you see, so there are no extra fees to worry about.
Returns:
- Currently, Dekay India doesn’t have a general return policy in place.
- However, if your package is damaged during shipping, don’t hesitate to contact them! Within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, send clear photos of both the damaged outer carton and the affected products themselves to contact@dekayindia.com. Dekay India’s customer support team will be happy to assist you further.
- It’s important to note that they can only accept damage claims for products that are damaged, not just packaging that may have gotten a tear or dent.

- Dekay India’s customer support team is available to answer your questions Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5pm IST (Indian Standard Time).
- If you reach out outside of these hours, they ask for your patience as they may not be able to respond immediately.
